Since our pilot run in 2022, we have impacted learners with varying neurodivergent conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Mild Intellectual Disability (MID). By equipping our learners with relevant digital skills, we seek to empower them with the opportunities to excel and achieve growth in their professional and personal lives.
At The Levelled Field, we’re on a mission to empower Persons With Intellectual Disabilities and Persons With Autism Spectrum Disorder by bridging the skills gap and opening doors to learn digital skills. Our team’s shared passion for equal opportunities led us to create a nurturing space for neurodivergent individuals to develop essential skills and unleash their capabilities.

Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety and Security, Rachel contributes to community service and societal betterment through organising programmes in her day-to-day role at a local charity, while also running The Levelled Field’s programmes on the side. Her bubbly and outgoing personality is infectious, and her passion for empowering individuals through upskilling shines through during every session. Outside of work, she enjoys making her own matcha lattes with Oatside milk on the daily and can be seen exercising or reading in her free time.

Hui Ling, a dedicated professional passionate about serving the special needs community, holds a Diploma in Special Education and Master’s Degree in Education from the National Institute of Education. With five years of experience in a Special Education School, Hui Ling offers practical insights and expert knowledge. Her educational background and practical experience make her a valuable mentor and resource specialist, providing both theoretical and real-world expertise to The Levelled Team team. During her free time, you can catch her having a good laugh watching Korean variety shows.

Her deep passion for imparting knowledge and expertise shines through her role as a mentor at The Levelled Field, where she provides invaluable guidance in the domains of finance and operations, making a significant contribution to the growth and development of the organisation.
