We are dedicated to empowering Persons With Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs) to thrive, unlocking their potential through skill development and fostering pathways to meaningful employment.
The Levelled Field’s journey began when one of our co-founders saw a skills gap within the PWID community, limiting their potential for fulfilling careers. Thus, The Levelled Field was born from the shared passion of young advocates for equal opportunities, creating a safe and inclusive space for each PWID to develop their skill sets and pursue their aspirations.
